Many of my initial Team members that had such a positive impact on the business went into their own successful start-up businesses – which was a great outcome and win-win exchange. I knew that this would eventually be the case for many of these pioneer team members. 

As you move into the next phase you require team members that are able to build on what exists and create stability and structure for running the business – as there is less innovation and building that is needed in the business.

So this is a key example of why being able to adapt and change is required. New conditions had unfolded due to the stage of where the business is at and failure to see this could end up with a detrimental impact on the business. 

So Team changes are a big one.

As you begin to better understand your business through experience and the statistics you gain, it will be necessary to make some changes to the business model. This could relate to pricing, approach, structure, delivery, or even the look and the feel of the business.  This will require a higher level of adaptability to navigate this phase effectively.

Business is evolution and change.
