Every single business in the world has these 3 groups of people (3P).

The constant challenge and tension is finding a way to create the optimum result for all 3 groups at the same time. This is the holy grail of business – get this right and you truly have a remarkable business that would meet the definition of Ideal.

Some businesses struggle to get an optimal outcome for any of these groups, some maybe 2 but from my experience only a small percentage do it consistently for all 3 groups consistently.

So for example – what happens is without the right business model to deliver an optimal outcome for clients it may require the Team overworking, lower profits and might not be optimal for the business owner. Or alternatively the Team are loving what they do – have flexible hours and only do what they love but it could compromise the delivery to clients and result in higher costs for the business.

This is the constant 3P challenge.

So one of the core objectives of the Ideal Business model should be to deliver optimal outcomes for these 3 groups of people. This results in a sustainable business with high value and profitability – by definition.
