This concept is a great one for helping create Independence.
If you have built your business up from scratch you will typically have continually worked out how to get something done. Let’s face it in business there is a never-ending bunch of new things that have to be worked out. This will get to a certain point before it simply does not work anymore.
This applies to so many aspects of scaling and expanding a business – understanding the phase you are in and when it needs to be changed up.
If you want to get to the next level without burying yourself you need to be asking the “Who can do this?’ question rather than “How can I do this?”.
This is a liberating way of approaching things in your business.
Typically what happens when we have to do something we haven’t done before – and we are trying to crack it – we ask ourselves “How do you do this?” If you’re like me – when I come across these types of activities – they tend to get stuck in the “too hard – get back to it” basket. Just never seems to move as fast as I would like – if at all. This is a clear indicator that you need to be looking for someone else to do this for you.
You might find it hard to believe, but for every activity that drains you and drives you nuts – there is someone who just loves it! They would do it all day every day. This is the key here – find that who and put together a framework that works for everyone.
If you can get into this way of approaching your business it will be a game-changer – I promise you.
