Independence – Done

It is essential that you only spend time on what is the absolute best use of your time.  For this to occur, the business must have a high level of independence from you and your day-to-day involvement. When we kick off a business, we are everywhere. But the reality is we are only good at a few things and, more importantly, only enjoy specific roles. The more independent the business is for you, the more Ideal it becomes. Are you still everywhere?
