“I just want to shut this whole thing down and get some rest.”

Have you ever felt so stressed about your business, that you just want to shut it down?

I know I did.

Back when I was still managing my manufacturing business, I was working for more than 40 hours a week.

As I managed 120+ employees, I struggled with large factory costs and poor cash flow.

It was chaos.

In fact, it was taking a toll on my mental health because I barely had the time to take care of myself or my family.

I felt TRAPPED in the business.

Have you ever felt the same way?

Thankfully, I discovered a model that allowed me to redesign my business. With this model, I grew my business with low cost and low risks.

In just 5 years, my business, Resicert, became the top inspection business in Australia.

With over 25 operational branches, it became a 7-Figure “Ideal Business”.

And I call it “Ideal Business” because, unlike my manufacturing company, growing Resicert didn’t feel like a massive weight.

I’m in love with it.

It allowed me to live the life that I wanted. I was able to:

  • Build a great relationship with my wife Robyn, and my 3 kids (adults now).
  • Work less than 4 hours a week while managing a few part-time employees.
  • Get 100% control over my time and my income cash flow.
  • Travel for 62 weeks over the past 5 years.

All because I discovered an “Ideal Business Model” that lets me grow a profitable low-risk business while I work less.

But, what is the Ideal Business Model?

The definition of what is “ideal” will be different per individual. It’s because we’re all different, and what’s “ideal” for me might not be “ideal” for you.

What it really means is that, an ideal business is simply a business that delivers on your ideal personal outcomes.

  • What do you really want to achieve in life?
  • What are your motivations?
  • What are your reasons for starting a business?

Is it to build a great relationship with your family? Is it to work fewer hours in a week and have more control of your time?

Bottom line is, the Ideal Business Model is personal and will vary depending on what you consider the best version of your life and business.
