The ideal scene is like a Polaris star, or southern cross for us. It’s what guides you to exactly what you want in life. Because you define exactly what it is. This is the start point. 

Framing up the Ideal Business Model I identified 10 criteria that should align with the business owners objectives and measure how ideal the business is.

The 10 criteria are as follows:

  • Exchange

Scoring these out in your current business will give you an idea of where you are currently at in terms of an ideal business. Give yourself a score out of 5 for each.
