When my wife and I started Resicert, a building inspection business, we were not prepared to build and run a business as we had done before. So we set about creating a very clear personal ideal scene that provided the basis for the business ideal scene. You see we did not want to build a business that looked like someone else’s business. It needed to be aligned and shaped to support our personal goals and objectives.
